We are overjoyed that you are investigating affordable housing on this website.  You have probably arrived here with a mixture of curiosity and excitement about the prospect of building affordable housing on our church property. It is a new idea for us which has required much research to arrive at the point we are now in June of 2024.

We have found that the need in Milwaukie is great and, in our own small way, we can ease that burden. With the blessing of our congregation, we look forward to finding a developer who will assist us in the myriad of details involved in this project.
