As our church is again is anticipating good things in the new year 2026, your Housing Team is also.
After making a most practical decision to keep the parsonage as it is, this then necessitated a new plan from NHA. Now our anticipation is to see that plan and, as you may remember, for the city and state to give us some decisions.
After these parts are figured out, we will be able to proceed with several steps. Most importantly, we will make another presentation to the congregation to share these details. Planning is also being done for February presentations to United Methodist Church Council, for a detailed report, and to the state for the funding.
